LAMELLA BEEHIVE
The project is inspired by the animal habitat and has an egg shape. The use of inclined strips recalls the black and yellow strips striking the abdomen of the bee. The base of the hive, made of metal tubes extends this idea of animal mimicry. The lamellae have a variable and progressive inclination from the horizontal boarding area (the entrance of the hive) to the last slanted lamellae of the top of the hive.
